Financial Accountant - Arabic Speaker - Dubai

Join a fast-growing Oil Trading firm in Dubai as a driven Arabic-speaking accountant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional Certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• Familiarity with oil trading mechanisms, including price fluctuations, commodity contract accounting, and trading deal structures.
• Knowledge of shipping operations, freight charges, fuel costs, chartering agreements, port handling, and Incoterms.
• Understanding of revenue recognition policies in oil and shipping sectors, especially for complex contracts.
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, cost management, budgeting, and forecasting specific to oil and shipping industries.
• Proficiency with ERP and accounting software like SAP, Oracle, or specialized trading software (e.g., Oddo, Aspect).
• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in oil trading and shipping, with international market exposure and knowledge of IFRS, forex, and trade compliance.
• Experience in cash flow management from international payments and trade activities.
