We are hiring a full-time Accountant to manage and oversee all financial operations for a sister company of Palazzo Versace Dubai. This role requires someone organized, reliable, and experienced in handling end-to-end accounting responsibilities, budgeting, and financial planning.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full-cycle accounting including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements

Develop and monitor budgets for both operational and project-based activities

Track project costs, margins, and profitability

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections

Manage payroll processing and employee expense tracking

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations

Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants as needed

Provide financial insights and reporting to support business decision-making

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in design, architecture, or creative industries

Strong grasp of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management

Proficient in accounting software and Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both creative and operational teams
