Financial Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a full-time Accountant to manage and oversee all financial operations for a sister company of Palazzo Versace Dubai. This role requires someone organized, reliable, and experienced in handling end-to-end accounting responsibilities, budgeting, and financial planning.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full-cycle accounting including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements

• Develop and monitor budgets for both operational and project-based activities

• Track project costs, margins, and profitability

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections

• Manage payroll processing and employee expense tracking

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations

• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants as needed

• Provide financial insights and reporting to support business decision-making
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in design, architecture, or creative industries

• Strong grasp of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management

• Proficient in accounting software and Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both creative and operational teams
