Job description

A dynamic and skilled professional proficient in independently managing all facets of the company's financial accounts. With a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices, they ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Their expertise allows them to efficiently oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting to auditing and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions of the company.
  • Responsible for timely closing of monthly/yearly financial accounts.
  • Preparation of management reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage payroll, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Liase with external auditors and co-ordinate for statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing (VAT & CT).
  • Maintain strong internal controls within the organisation.
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in UAE.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Ms Office.
  • Knowledge of XERO accounting software an advantage.
