Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand, seeks a Business Finance and Transformation Manager in Dubai to own forecasting, margin recommendations and financial improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. You’ll report to the Accounting Manager / Finance Lead and drive commercial decisions with reliable financial evidence.

You’ll lead the rollout of controlled workflows, validate AI-assisted changes, and build auditable forecasts while expanding Finance capacity for

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in finance and accounting with responsibility for financial delivery, controls and business analysis.
• Experience delivering Finance process improvements into recurring use and measured results.
• Proven ability to maintain forecasts, challenge assumptions and provide actionable margin or cost recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling forecast and margin analysis across multiple entities.
• Improve Finance workflows across procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
• Review delegated controls and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into actions.
• Implement AI-assisted or automated improvements and measure impact on time released and rework.
