Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable and Receivable teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance industry, with 8 to 9 years of experience, and be proficient in Oracle and Salesforce systems.

Knowledge of the real estate processes in Abu Dhabi and Dubai would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
  • Utilize Oracle and Salesforce systems for financial management and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8 to 9 years of experience in the finance industry.
  • Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • Multiple languages spoken would be great, Arabic speaker can help with strong communications skills on written and verbal.
