In this challenging role, you will actively collaborate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to ensure the accurate and timely execution of invoicing to customers. You will have the opportunity to engage in automation and dynamic process improvements. Responsibilities also include regular maintenance of master data, management information systems (MIS), and archiving documents to enhance operational excellence.
You will interact with customers to understand their payables systems and propose viable options to improve customer experience. Reconciliation of receivables accounts will also be a key responsibility.
