Responsibilities:
1. Payment Management:Complete all corporate payments reviewing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure payment processes are timely and compliant.
2.Contract Reviewing:Conduct thorough contract reviews from financial perspective which involve cash inflow or outgoing payments.
3. Financial Reporting: Complete monthly accounting posting and closing, providing related reporting per revealing requests.
4. Budgeting,Forecasting and Analysis: Complete the preparation of annual budget and submit monthly financial forecasts and variance analyses as required.
5. Financial Document Management:Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with local tax regulations and company policies.
6. Tax Compliance:
①Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities to ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance reports.
②Review local tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
③Support tax audits and address any tax-related issues.
7. Audit and Internal Controls:Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal control standards.
8. Other financial work required by work supervisor, including but not limit to provide updates and reports to senior management as required.Coordinate with local banks, asset inventories, and other departments to resolve financial issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related major;
2.Familiar with local accounting standard, Excel and other office software; SAP experience is preferred; ACCA certificate or local CPA certificate is preferred.
3.At least 5 years working experience in finance or accounting;
4.Have excellent communication,SOP summary skills, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous learning
5.Fluent in English (mandatory), Chinese will be prefered but not required;
