Job description

This opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial efficiency and cost control across the business.

Job Purpose:

As a Finance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts. You’ll support decision-making by delivering actionable insights and ensuring financial control over spend, investments, and vendor operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure budget control across Direct Costs, Opex, Capex, and Headcount
  • Analyze vendor and business line costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Forecast cash flow and manage accruals to reflect true profitability
  • Support project managers to monitor and avoid cost slippage
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and performance analysis
  • Contribute to annual budgeting with critical insights
  • Track business performance and support strategic financial planning
  • Maintain proper financial records and internal controls
  • Raise PRs and ensure all costs are accounted for in Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Recommend cost-reduction and value-adding opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

Desired: MBA/CA/ACCA/CMA

Experience

Required: 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or cost control

Desired: Experience in the Telecom or ICT sector
