Job summary

Edge Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Associate - Finance to act as the entity-level finance representative. You will coordinate statutory audits, quarterly reviews, financial reporting and entity-level accounting requirements.

The role involves partnering with centralized Finance teams across GL, AP, Fixed Assets and Treasury, supporting project accounting, and preparing IFRS documentation. ACCA/CPA preferred with SAP/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience in statutory audit coordination and financial statement preparation.
• ACCA, CPA, CA or CMA preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statutory audits, quarterly reviews and financial statement preparation.
• Manage audit requests, schedules, queries and supporting documentation.
• Partner with centralized Finance teams across GL, AP, Fixed Assets and Treasury.
• Support project-related accounting, capitalization, accruals and supplier payment matters.
• Prepare finance memos and support IFRS-related accounting documentation.
• Coordinate internal audit queries and support control and compliance requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support to FP&A and management.
