Job summary

Aldar in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced professional to support Group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities. You will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close, intercompany eliminations, and IFRS-compliant statements, ensuring ledger integrity and documentation.

The role also covers audit readiness, variance analysis and management reporting, leveraging ERP systems, Excel and AI-enabled tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA)
• Experience with IFRS and financial reporting across multiple entities

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reporting
• Prepare consolidation schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Assist in closing across assigned entities and ledgers
• Support intercompany eliminations and group-level adjustments
• Assist in audits and compliance with IFRS and group policies
• Use AI-enabled and digital tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Provide financial analysis and management reporting for budgeting and forecasting
