Job description

Faze 3 Consulting is a digital transformation consultancy that helps clients review and refine their digital transformation strategy, develop a benefits-driven roadmap for solution development, and ensures best practice in establishing an effective Program Management Office (PMO), Program delivery and Project management capability.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Process Analyst to support a high-profile client engagement in Abu Dhabi, for an initial period of 1-month. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes within the client s Finance department, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency, control, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current finance processes
  • Develop clear, detailed process maps and documentation using standard BPMN methodology.
  • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and validate process improvements.
  • Provide recommendations and support implementation planning for future-state processes.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations in structured presentations and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in finance process analysis and mapping, preferably within large or complex organizations.
  • Professional finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are required.
  • Strong proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, etc).
  • Deep understanding of core finance operations and controls.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles or within consulting environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Duration:1-month, with potential for extension based on project needs.
  • Working Arrangement: On-site in Abu Dhabi (freelance/contract basis).
  • Competitive rate, commensurate with experience.
