Emirates Islamic invites a highly analytical Business Analyst to support stakeholders with data-driven insights, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making and business growth.

You will develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics, analyze trends, partner with business teams, and ensure data accuracy and governance to support reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of banking experience in MIS, Analytics, BI, or Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Retail banking knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create and automate reports using SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
• Design KPI dashboards covering sales, profitability, customer behavior, and product performance.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through effective validation and controls.
• Support reporting governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
