About Our Client

The client is a Multi Billion $ investment manager that manages a global portfolio across mulitple asset classes.

Job Description


  • Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with IFRS.


  • Work closely with accountants on the team and review work (general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations)


  • Support the financial close process and help ensure timely and accurate reporting.


  • Maintain records for portfolio companies, fund entities, and internal cost centers.


  • Collaborate with external auditors and assist with year-end audit requirements.


  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support process improvements.


  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.


  • Work closely with fund administration teams, investment teams, and internal stakeholders.


The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACA/ACCA is an advantage.


  • 4-8 years of experience, including Big 4 audit experience with financial services clients (e.g., asset management, investment funds, private equity).


  • Sound knowledge of IFRS; experience with fund accounting or investment vehicles is a plus.


  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) is desirable.


  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities.


  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
