Job summary

A leading wealth and asset management firm in the DIFC is seeking an in-house CFO to ensure compliance with financial obligations and enhance financial management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, with strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This is a senior role that involves collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors, primarily for candidates currently residing in Dubai or the UAE. Support for relocation is not provided.

Job description

Three Comma Capital Advisors are a Category 3C Wealth and Asset Management firm, located in the DIFC.

We are looking to establish an in-house CFO, to function as the Firm's DFSA-authorised Finance Officer, and be accountable for all the Firm's obligations to regulatory and tax authorities.

This will include hands-on end-to-end management and execution of related processes. The CFO will be a senior manager within the Firm, working with the CEO and Board of Directors to better manage the Firm's financial affairs.

This will involve: developing management accounts and associated metrics; establishing financial reporting policies, processes and controls; better measuring the Firm's revenue and costs, and reporting on such to senior management with actionable insight; overseeing effective processes related to day-to-day financial activity, including invoice payment, payroll, and collected dues from Business Partners; and establishing and managing a strategic financial plan, including budgeting.

Candidates must be qualified Chartered Accountants and preferably will have practical experience in preparing and completing mandatory financial reports to authorities.

Candidates already resident in Dubai (or UAE) will be prioritised. Support to geographic relocation is NOT offered as part of this role.
