Scope and Purpose:

• To support and work closely with the Manager of Accounting and Taxation and other finance colleagues in managing the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
• To assist in the financial management and control function of the organization, including financial and regulatory reporting.
• Managing the relationship with auditors, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and funding.
• Support with MEA Hub & G+D CT FZE branches.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day accounting processes and supporting Senior Accountants.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies, and internal guidelines.
• Liaising with auditors (both statutory & internal) for timely and smooth completion of audits.
• Working on special projects as required by management.
• Handling taxation and statutory records for the company.
• Assisting the Manager of Accounting and Taxation in creating, monitoring, and updating financial policies and procedures.
• Conducting monthly expense analysis.
• Following up with the sales team for the collection of overdue amounts to ensure smooth cash flow.
