Finance Officer

1. To support and work closely with the Manager – Accounting and Taxation and other finance colleagues in managing the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
2. To assist in financial management and control function of the organization, including financial and regulatory reporting.
3. Managing the relationship with the auditors, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy and funding.
4. Support with MEA Hub & G+D CT FZE branches.

1. Overseeing the day to day accounting processes and supporting Senior Accountants.
2. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies and internal guidelines.
3. Liaise with Auditors (both statutory & Internal) for timely and smooth completion of the audit.
4. Work on Special projects from time to time as required by Management.
5. Handling taxation and other statutory records for the company.
6. Assisting the Manager – Accounting and Taxation in creating, monitoring and updating financial related policies and procedures.
7. Monthly Expense Analysis.
8. Follow up with Sales team in collection of the overdue amounts in time to ensure smooth cashflow.
