Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with DFSA regulations expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strict adherence to DFSA regulations, and supporting strategic business objectives through robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with DIFC/DFSA financial regulations, including Prudential – Investment, Insurance, Intermediation, and Banking (PIB) requirements.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements and regulatory reports to the DFSA in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain capital adequacy and liquidity ratios in line with DFSA mandates.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with company goals.
  • Oversee internal and external audit processes; act as the main point of contact for external auditors.
  • Implement transparent accounting practices and ensure client fund reconciliation and safeguarding.
  • Work closely with the Senior Executive Officer (SEO), Compliance Officer (CO), and MLRO to ensure financial integrity and regulatory alignment.
  • Monitor financial risks and devise strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of DFSA regulations, IFRS standards, and financial compliance best practices.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, audit management, and financial risk analysis.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
