Description
Provide analytical and decision-making support to leadership, driving improved performance in operational goals, sales growth, and cost containment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Play an active role in setting targets for our emerging brands.
2. Lead weekly and monthly meetings with senior management to discuss business results and offer insights on opportunities to improve performance.
3. Analyze the top/bottom performers and determine correlations, perform root cause analysis, and identify best practices.
4. Provide financial forecasts for the respective business units supported as well as model out new opportunities.
5. Work with HR and Operations to develop targets and incentive plans in order to drive performance and recognize and reward achievement of defined objectives.
6. Define and extract relevant operational and financial data from multiple reporting and analysis tools for information, interpretation, analysis, and presentation.
7. Create presentations and ad hoc reports utilizing reporting and analysis tools.
8. Additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar, MBA preferred.
2. Five to seven years of progressive experience in Operations Finance, FP&A, or financial analysis.
3. At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
4. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build executive level presentations.
5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
6. Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with executive management.
9. Ability to develop effective working relationships across the business.
10. Experience in multi-unit retail preferred.
