Job summary

Iris House Properties in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager who is driven, detail-oriented and ready to own our financial systems and reporting. You will join a grounded, supportive team and help shape our real estate finance operations.

You’ll receive full onboarding into our accounting and CRM platforms, one-on-one mentorship from senior management, and ongoing coaching in budgeting, compliance and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to accounting, CRM, and financial systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Legal teams.
• Support budgeting, compliance, and financial planning.
