Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring full compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in the UAE market, capable of managing day-to-day financial activities while providing strategic insights to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee accounts, audits, payroll, and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Support leadership with data-driven financial insights and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA is a plus)
• Proven finance experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations (VAT and Corporate Tax)
• Proficient in financial software and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Willingness to travel to Cambodia as part of initial induction (10 days all expenses paid trip - to understand the project, etc.)
• Real Estate/Investment background preferred
• Team management skills & proven experience
