Track and report on group-wide cash flow positions, bank reconciliations, and investment capital allocations.

Investment Reporting & Forecasting

Collaborate with the investment and operations teams to collect inputs and prepare high-quality financial forecasts and budgeting models.

Develop investor and board-level reporting materials with insights into fund performance, capital deployment, and returns.

Maintain a robust internal control environment and provide recommendations to improve systems and processes.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure full compliance with local tax (e.g. UAE VAT) and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, legal, and tax consultants to manage year-end audits, regulatory filings, and financial due diligence.

Accurately account for related-party transactions, intercompany balances, and cross-border transfers.

Help shape the finance function’s operating model in line with the long-term vision of the firm.
