Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
- ERP & Process Leadership:
- Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions for accuracy.
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strategic & Team Leadership:
- Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team.
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years in financial management, with 3 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).
- Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP optimization.
