The organization is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and support the business through its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Develop and maintain effective financial reporting systems to provide accurate insights to senior management. • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency. • Implement cost control strategies and monitor key financial indicators. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial policies, and international reporting standards. • Partner with various business units to support strategic decision-making and financial discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage. • 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within logistics, courier, or supply chain industries. • Proven track record in financial planning, cost control, ERP implementation, and financial reporting. • Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
