Job summary

IT People Gulf in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance and taxation, with a focus on IFRS and UAE regulations. You will lead finance teams, coordinate with external auditors and banks, ensure timely statutory reporting, and drive regulatory alignment including UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

Qualifications

CA qualification with 8+ years of finance experience
Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally software
Experience working with external auditors and banking partners
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage finance operations effectively

Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, accounting activities, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, and taxation matters
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
Handle UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax-related activities and ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate with external auditors and banking partners regarding funding, reporting, and compliance requirements
Lead finance operations and support teams through regulatory changes and transitions
