Job Description

What You'll Do:

Financial Management: Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, treasury, internal controls, audit, working capital, taxation (VAT & CT)

Reporting: Support the Management in the critical decision-making process by providing analytical financial reports – through the processes of budgeting, forecasting, dashboards and risk management.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 accounting staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and implement financial strategies across the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA (with IFRS knowledge)

10+ years’ experience in finance leadership roles

Strong commercial mindset and UAE tax knowledge

ERP/BI tool experience and tech-driven approach

Age below 45 years
