Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and processes.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for business decision-making.
• Manage a large and diverse team fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Ensure effective implementation and utilization of financial systems and tools.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors regulators and banks.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Master s degree or professional certification such as CPA CMA ACCA or CFA is highly preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams within multicultural organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial systems processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
