Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, IFRS compliance or CMA.
• 10–15 years of experience in finance, preferably automotive.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management operations, including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• Lead Corporate Tax compliance and engage with consultants for regulatory compliance.
• Manage the finance team across the company, ensuring accurate day-to-day accounting functions.
• Ensure timely external audits and IFRS-based financial statements.
• Conduct monthly performance variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
• Develop and monitor annual and monthly budgets, consolidating cash flow statements.
• Perform financial and operational risk analysis and suggest mitigations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and procedures to safeguard assets.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
• Lead VAT compliance efforts and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial functions including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• Corporate Tax Compliance: Lead Corporate Tax compliance efforts and engage with consultants for regulatory compliance
• Team Leadership: Manage the finance team in all financial disciplines across the company, ensuring accurate day-to-day accounting functions.
• External Audit : Ensure the timely completion of external audit and financial statements are based on the IFRS standards.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
• Budget Development: Develop and monitor annual and monthly budgets, consolidating operational budgets and cash flow statements.

Requirements:
