Qualifications

• 10–15 years of finance experience, preferably automotive.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Oracle; English fluency required, Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control.
• Corporate Tax Compliance: Lead corporate tax compliance and liaise with consultants.
• Team Leadership: Manage the finance team across the company.
• External Audit: Ensure timely external audits and IFRS-compliant statements.
• Performance Analysis: Monthly variance analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Budget Development: Develop and monitor annual and monthly budgets and cash flow.
• Risk Management: Analyze financial and operational risk.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement financial policies and controls.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with auditors, banks and external parties.
• VAT Compliance: Lead VAT compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial functions including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• Corporate Tax Compliance: Lead Corporate Tax compliance efforts and engage with consultants for regulatory compliance
• Team Leadership: Manage the finance team in all financial disciplines across the company, ensuring accurate day-to-day accounting functions.
• External Audit: Ensure the timely completion of external audit and financial statements are based on the IFRS standards.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
• Budget Development: Develop and monitor annual and monthly budgets, consolidating operational budgets and cash flow statements.
• Risk Management: Financial and operational risk analysis.
