Finance Manager – Agri Commodities Procurement

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commodities group for an experienced Finance Manager to join their leadership team in Dubai. This is a senior role for someone who can not only lead finance operations but also partner closely with top management to shape commercial and financial strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (CA/ACCA/CPA) with proven experience in agribusiness (wheat, corn, feed grains) or commodities trading, bringing both strategic and hands-on expertise across financial planning, risk management, and business performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive profitable growth
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization processes
  • Oversee capital structure, cash management, and working capital requirements
  • Deliver best-in-class financial reporting, controls, and compliance
  • Provide critical insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the group

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ professional experience, including finance leadership roles
  • Strong background in commodities procurement (wheat, corn, feed grains), trading, or agribusiness
  • Expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and risk management
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of team management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Languages: English and Arabic speaking will be a plus (as the successful candidate will be dealing with the Egypt region).
