Job summary

Safran Seats is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Dubai and seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial management, control, and reporting for the site. You will partner with the General Manager and operations leadership to ensure financial performance, cost control, regulatory compliance and resource allocation during ramp-up.

You will implement Safran financial standards, build robust processes, and drive continuous improvement in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, industrial controlling or manufacturing finance.
• Strong experience in aerospace, automotive or complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital; identify deviations.
• Maintain costing methods (standard costs, hourly rates, overheads).
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, inventory, variances and efficiency.
• Coordinate annual budgets, evaluate CAPEX proposals using ROI, NPV and DCF methods.
