Safran Seats in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager to develop and oversee the site's financial management, controlling and reporting activities. You will partner with General Manager and leadership to ensure financial performance, cost control and regulatory compliance across ramp-up and operations.

Key duties include monthly closing, budgeting, CAPEX evaluation and internal control. The role requires 5+ years in finance within aerospace/manufacturing and solid IFRS/UAE knowledge.

Formación

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, industrial controlling or manufacturing finance.
• Strong experience in aerospace, automotive or complex manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of IFRS and UAE financial, tax and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasts in line with Safran standards.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; monitor variances and propose corrective actions.
• Implement costing methods and monitor manufacturing KPIs and cost variances.
• Coordinate budgets/forecasts; evaluate CAPEX using ROI, NPV and DCF.
• Ensure IFRS/UAE compliance, internal controls, intercompany and treasury activities.
