2. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles with F&B industry experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of cost control techniques, financial analysis, and budgeting in the restaurant business.
4. Proven experience in managing credit facilities and working with financial institutions.
5. Excellent financial forecasting skills.
6. People management and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
9. Familiarity with accounting and finance software tools.
10. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
