Description * Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and financial reports. * Present financial results and forecasts to senior management * Develop and implement the group's financial strategy in alignment with overall organisational goals * Manage internal and external audits and ensure financial controls are effective and robust * Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
