We’re Hiring: Finance Manager

Salary AED 20,000 - 25,000 + self benefits and bonus

Location: UAE (with involvement across Maldives , Mauritius, Singapore & other regions)

We're looking for a skilled Finance Manager (Family Office) to oversee financial operations and consolidation for a group of international holding entities. This role requires strong expertise in IFRS/GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and cross-border compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting for holding companies
• Lead group-wide consolidation and financial reporting
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance
• Handle audits across multiple jurisdictions
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
• Support tax and corporate structuring initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; CA preferred
• Experience with Family office/Holding company
• Strong background in consolidation and reporting
• Proficient in IFRS/GAAP and financial systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
