Job summary

SuperiorMed, a pioneering longevity clinic in Dubai Healthcare City, seeks a senior finance leader to own the Group's finance function across 4 UAE entities, oversee outsourced providers, ensure UAE regulatory compliance, and report directly to senior management.

You will lead audits, manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings, consolidate accounts, design internal controls, and supervise an Operations Accountant, shaping a robust, scalable finance function for a fast-growing healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Active professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA).
• Proficiency in US GAAP and regulatory filings.
• Experience filing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience with statutory audits.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience managing outsourced finance providers.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off US GAAP financial statements prepared by external providers
• Own UAE VAT, Corporate Tax (FTA), and WPS payroll compliance
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors - start to finish
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping and US GAAP/SEC reporting providers
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Design and implement internal financial controls
• Supervise 1 Operations Accountant

The Role

This is a newly created senior finance position. You will own the Group's finance function across 4 UAE entities - overseeing outsourced providers, ensuring UAE regulatory compliance, managing audits, and reporting directly to senior management.

• Own UAE VAT, Corporate Tax (FTA), and WPS payroll compliance

What You Must Have

• CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent - active qualification (required)
• US GAAP proficiency - review and sign-off level
• UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filing experience - hands-on
• Statutory audit management - as primary contact
• Multi-entity consolidations & intercompany eliminations
• Experience managing outsourced finance providers

Nice to Have

• Big 4 or public/listed company background
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• IFRS to US GAAP reconciliation experience
• Experience building an in-house finance team
