Black & Grey HR is hiring a Finance Manager for a leading manufacturing company in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees financial accounting, reporting and treasury functions while ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.

It will shape budgeting, forecasting and the company phases of its financial strategy. You will lead the finance team, drive accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, VAT filings and audits, and coordinate ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and treasury management.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Oversee accounting processes including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, budgets and variance reports.
