Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications
- A bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is generally required, along with 3-5 years of managerial experience and strong analytical and communication skill
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, such as financial analyst, accounting, or financial account management. Experience in Marinas is an added advantage.
- Leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and a thorough understanding of general accounting principles and hospitality industry-specific knowledge are required.
