Job summary

Cignetix Group, a Dubai-based firm, seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to direct financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will guide cash flow, budgeting, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires at least 5 years in managerial finance, with insights across ERP systems and high proficiency in Excel. You will mentor the finance team and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing liquidity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, ideally within Fire & Safety Industry is mandatory.
• Experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a proven ability to drive strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges and develop creative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
