Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise accounting processes and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
Conduct profitability analyses on ongoing projects and investments.
Ensure tax compliance and prepare relevant declarations.
Propose strategies to reduce costs and maximize revenue.
Optimize ERP systems and financial tools to streamline workflows.
Mentor and develop the skills of the finance team.
Profile:
Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or services.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
