About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of one of our distinguished clients, an established and well-diversified family office in the UAE. The organization manages a broad portfolio of investments, real estate assets, and private ventures across the region and internationally.

They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while supporting investment analysis and wealth preservation strategies for the family and affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day financial operations of the family office, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and treasury management
  • Prepare and present periodic financial reports, forecasts, and consolidated statements to family principals
  • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local and international financial standards
  • Oversee investment reporting, asset tracking, and performance analysis across real estate, equities, and private ventures
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions
  • Establish financial controls, risk frameworks, and governance structures tailored to family office operations
  • Support due diligence and financial modeling for new investments or divestments
  • Handle confidential and sensitive financial matters with discretion and professionalism

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally with exposure to family offices, private investment firms, or UHNW clients
  • Strong knowledge of UAE tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience managing consolidated accounts, financial reporting, and investment oversight
  • High integrity, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with principals, advisors, and external stakeholders
