All employment policies, including hiring, firing, staffing, compensation, and benefits, are controlled solely by the franchisee. By accepting a position at this hotel, you will be employed by the franchisee, not Marriott International Inc.

Role Description:

The Finance Manager oversees the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. This role supports strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, forecast, and financial plans.
  2. Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
  4. Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability.
  5. Supervise finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and audits.
  6. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Advise management on financial implications of operational decisions.
  8. Implement financial controls and systems to safeguard assets.
  9. Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in hotel accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles, audit coordination, and risk management.
  • Extensive negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
