Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 7–10 years of accounting/financial management, multinational preferred.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and multicultural adaptability.
• Excellent communication, autonomy, and initiative.
• IFRS knowledge and international accounting standards expertise.
• Strong SAP/Oracle/Excel skills and financial tooling.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations: payments, AR/AP, expenses, reconciliations, intercompany.
• Prepare/validate IFRS-conform financial statements and tax compliance.
• Drive cash flow forecasting and optimize accounting processes.
• Mentor accounting team and drive finance digital transformation.
• Train retail teams on cash handling and boutique procedures.
• Collaborate with local/regional teams to align financial strategy.
• Lead financial projects aligning with evolving regulations and digitization goals.

Finance Manager

In this role, you’ll oversee and manage the financial and accounting activities of the company while ensuring compliance with internal, local and international standards (IFRS).

Enhance Financial and Accounting Expertise:

• Lead with Precision: You’ll take charge of accounting operations, including payment processing, accounts receivable and payable, expense reports, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations ensuring seamless payment processing, and accurate management of accounts.
• Be a Compliance Champion: You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity. preparing and validating financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Optimize: Harness your expertise to manage cash flow forecasting and drive the optimization of accounting processes, enhancing efficiency and precision across the board.

Guide teams and elevate financial skills:

What you will bring:

• A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment through strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven communication skills, autonomy, and proactive approach to taking initiative.
• Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Strong knowledge of financial tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and office software (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
