Finance Manager

Guildhall is partnering with a leading retail business in the UAE to hire a Finance Manager to join a dynamic retail business in Dubai! Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax).
3. Manage POS reconciliation, sales reporting, margin analysis, and store financial performance.
4. Lead risk management initiatives and enforce internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and business expansion plans.
6. Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
2. 5-8 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the retail sector.
3. Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, cost control, and UAE tax regulations.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
