Finance Manager Salary 32-42,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical Leading International Client with 20 Years success across the Middle East region handling complex Aviation, Distribution & Engineering solutions. This region forms part of a International Global business with 60 Years successful trading & 1000 employees. Based less than 10 Minutes drive from Dubai Mall you will be based in the Dubai Head office overseeing the financial reports, smooth operations and day to day decisions reporting into the Managing Director based in Dubai. Our Client • 60 Years in business across the Globe • Incredibly profitable and successful • They hire over 1000 Staff globally with 170 based in the Middle East Region • Head Office based in EUROPE To give you a flavor of just some of the tasks and duties carried out in this role : • Manage accounts for 4 Companies in the region falling under this global business • Handle journal entry, bank reconciliation, sales ledger posting and CSS under IFRS15 • Monthly payroll and reports across 4 countries in the MENA region • Handle a team of 3 within the finance team • Cashflow and project forecasts • VAT Returns , Auditing & P&L reports • Annual budget and maintenance of forecasts • Handle all office administration from license renewals , bills and government entities • Full accountability and oversight for financial accounts , profit centers and efficient workings • Form a strong working relationship with the Managing Director & CFO in Europe People skills, a sense of humor, humility and a willingness to hands on drive the process opposed to just delegate as this is a small management team in Dubai. The synergy between the Managing Director has to be right as this is a critical hire as they have a long term Finance Manager return back to Europe after what’s been a fantastic 11 Years in the UAE.

• Ideally some experience to the Construction Industry • Clear experience as a Senior Accountant (5 Years) • Prior MENA experience is beneficial but not essential • Someone able to start and do a handover before the 1st of October 2025 • Comfortable working full time in the office 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm with very limited occasional travel • ACCA, AIA , CIMA or equivalent • Able to present to management and extremely CLEAR Communication and presentation skills • Western educated and trained is requested as per our client – Degree • Strong problem solving skills, able to multi task and prioritize as per business needs • Highly organized and efficient at hitting deadlines set • Package on offer for the right person • Lump Sum Salary Range of 32-42,000 AED Per Month • Gratuity • Private Medical • Annual Return Flights • Family Visas Paid • 22 days annual leave plus 13 public so 35 Days PAID in total • If you match this criteria please share a WORD formatted CV
