WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Finance lead for HC Arabia
• End-to-end P&L responsibility while driving performance against targets
• Business partnering HC Arabia LT
• Ensuring in-year plans are aligned with long term strategy, delivering profitable growth
• Drive actions on performance interventions if needed, in any P&L line.
• Decision support on trade-offs, investment decisions, channel/country/category mix
• Continuous focus on profitability improvement initiatives
• Drive long term strategy, ensure landing strategy into action.
• Support the overall performance management agenda, working closely with HC PTAB team.
• Prepare and present key financial insights to senior management
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders in UL Arabia
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in Senior Business Partnering experience within FMCG
• Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills.
• End-to-end P&L understanding
• Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the complex simple.
