We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Intern / Temporary Accountant to support our accounting team in day-to-day operations. The candidate will assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, data entry, and general accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support in data entry of financial transactions
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Help with preparation and posting of journal entries
• Run basic reports and summaries using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Collaborate with team members on ad hoc accounting tasks
