Job summary

Midas Safety Pakistan is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage payments, reconcile records, and support FP&A functions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 3-5 years in accounting, MIS and financial reporting, with a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance; ACCA/CIMA desirable and familiarity with SAP HANA S4.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all company payments, verify and reconcile payment records with invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and support treasury tasks.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and variance analysis.
• Assist in tax filings (VAT) and transfer pricing documentation.
• Support audits and annual budgeting.

Job description

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA/CIMA - CPA/ICMA desirable.

-Around 3-5 years experience (including Articleship/training period) of Accounting, MIS and financial reporting experience.

-Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes and independently finalizing audits.

-Working knowledge of SAP HANA S4.

Responsibilities:

• -Process and manage all company payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement. Verify and reconcile payment records with invoices and purchase orders


• -Prepare monthly cash flow reports and support the Financial Controller with treasury related tasks.


• -Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements.


• -Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. To support the FP&A manager in preparing variance analysis and financial presentations.


• -Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance tax regulations (including VAT filings). To support the FP&A manager in managing transfer pricing documentation and compliance.


• -Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information; assist in annual budgeting.
