Finance Integration Accountant

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Integration Accountant to support the seamless financial integration of an acquired entity into our organization.

This critical role will ensure that all financial systems, processes, governance, and reporting frameworks are aligned with SE's SOPs, enabling consistent and accurate financial operations across the territory.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate the end-to-end finance integration process for an acquired entity.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, legal, HR, GFS, Operations) and act as the primary SPOC for all finance tracks.
3. Conduct finance due diligence and communicate findings and impacts to stakeholders.
4. Perform Gap Analysis: Analyze SE Standard Processes vs. acquired entity.
5. Deploy SE practices and finance processes at the acquired entity.
6. Contribute to onboarding the acquired entity onto SE's Finance Digitization and Efficiency tools.
7. Align accounting policies, reporting standards, tax practices, compliances, and internal controls with SE standards.
8. Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts and compliance with tax regulations for all Gulf Territory Entities.

Qualifications & Qualities :

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
3. Strong knowledge of GAAP, local compliances, tax regulations, SAP, and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
5. Digital mindset with a structured way of working.
6. Resilience, positivity, and ability to interact smoothly with others.
