Job summary

Damen Shipyards Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Finance Business Analyst to deliver advanced FP&A and financial reporting, turning data into actionable insights. You will create dashboards and management packs, support budgeting, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams.

You will translate business requirements into reporting solutions, ensure data quality, and promote self-service analytics in a fast-paced, global maritime environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A or financial reporting experience.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, maritime, engineering, industrial, construction, project-based, or shared services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Project Management, and Shared Services teams to gather requirements.
• Improve data quality, reporting reliability, and KPI consistency.
